Build your own dashboards
Create and save dashboards with just the charts and figures you care about.
All guides
1
Create a dashboard
Open My dashboards and create a new dashboard, giving it a clear name such as 'Year 6 reading'.
2
Add widgets
Choose from KPI tiles, line and bar charts, tables and heatmaps. Pick the measure you want to show.
3
Set filters
Filter each widget by school, year group, class and pupil group — for example disadvantaged pupils in Year 6.
Tip: Compare a pupil group with all pupils side by side to show the gap clearly.
4
Arrange and save
Arrange the widgets and save. The layout is kept so it's ready next time.
5
Share in meetings
Open your dashboard in SLT or governor meetings so everyone looks at the same figures.
