1

Open the Trust overview

Select Trust overview in the left menu. The headline tiles show trust-wide attendance, attainment, behaviour and plan progress, each compared with last month.

2

Read the RAG heatmap

Each row is a school and each column a key measure. Red cells are below target, amber are close, green are on or above target. Scan down a column to compare schools on one measure.

Tip: Look for a column with several reds — that is usually a trust-wide issue, not a single school's problem.
3

Use the rankings

Rankings order schools on the selected measure so you can quickly see the strongest and weakest performers, and where peer support could come from.

4

Start with a question

The question cards ('Which pupils are approaching persistent absence?', 'Are we on track for our SDP?') take you straight to the right view without needing to know where it lives.

5

Drill into a school

Click any school name to open its full dashboard with every data area in tabs.

6

Agree actions

Note the two or three schools needing attention and move to the Plan tracker or Early warnings to confirm whether the issue is getting worse.
