1

Choose a school's plan

Open Plan tracker for the whole trust, or pick a school in the left menu and choose its Plan tab.

2

Review SEF judgements

Each area of the self-evaluation shows the school's own grade. The consistency check flags where the data does not support the grade given.

Tip: A grade that the data contradicts is exactly what an inspector will question — fix the evidence or the grade.
3

Read each priority

Priorities list their targets, named lead and milestones. Every target is linked to live data, so the current value updates automatically.

4

Understand the forecast

The chart shows actual values, the target line and a dashed projection. The projection continues the current 12-month trend to July 2027 and labels the target On track, At risk or Off track.

5

See what it would take

'What it would take' shows the monthly improvement needed. Use the what-if slider to test how a faster rate of improvement changes the outcome.

6

Record actions

Add actions with an owner, due date and status against any target, so the plan becomes a living document.
